We have a wonderful team of carers many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. Caring is wonderfully rewarding work and we enjoy matching carers with our clients and watching that relationship grow. However Caring can also, at times, be lonely and sometimes difficult work. We aim to ensure that all our carers receive the support and guidance needed to keep their standards high and their spirits up. We encourage carers to nurture their relationships with the office staff so they can benefit from our strong ethic of team work. Together we are assisting many families across the Cape Peninsula in taking the best possible care of their loved ones.
What we are looking for in a carer:
A registered homecare course certification
At least 3 months experience in a frail care setting or a private home.
A friendly warm personality
Compassion and kindness
3 work references with phone numbers
South African working papers
Copy of your ID
Copy of your driver’s license (if you have one)
